Build your Menu using the form below. You can add Options (name-value pairs), and named Sub-Menus to any level, to create a branching menu as deep as you wish. (Make sure to click "Add" to add each Option or Sub-Menu.) When you are finished, click the button below to proceed.

If you make a mistake you can delete any Option, by clicking its delete link. Sub-Menus can only be deleted if they contain no Options. To clear out your Menu and begin again, click "Start from Scratch".

Tip: You may want the first top-level Option of your Menu to say something like "Pick One".
